Shipping and international orders
Orders typically ship in 2–4 weeks, and every parcel is tracked: by a tracked service in the UK and by DHL Express everywhere else. We confirm the dispatch date by email after you order. Delivery charges and taxes depend on your delivery country.
Dispatch
The colloids are packed at Grove's laboratory in Cardiff and collected from there by the courier. We email the tracking number when the parcel leaves. Transit time is added to the dispatch time and depends on the destination.
Gold-PEG Blue and Gold-L-Cysteine Fluorescent Red come in 10 mL packs only for now. An order with more than one pack of either may take longer, and each pack comes from a different batch.
Delivery charges
Delivery in the UK and the Isle of Man is free, by a tracked service. Everywhere else, DHL Express delivery is free on orders from a set value, after any discounts:

For US orders, the duty is shown and collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Every international shipment travels with a commercial invoice.
Destinations we don't deliver to
We currently don't deliver to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba or the occupied regions of Ukraine. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to you, email us before ordering.
