All four Grove colloids come in 10 mL packs at OD 1, and Gold-PVP Red and Gold-PVP Blue also in 50 and 100 mL. Prices exclude VAT. Pay by card at checkout, including university purchasing cards, or by invoice with a purchase order.

The 50 and 100 mL sizes are for Gold-PVP Red and Gold-PVP Blue. Gold-PEG Blue and Gold-L-Cysteine Fluorescent Red come in 10 mL packs only for now: more than one pack may take longer, and each comes from a different batch.
For larger amounts or another concentration, request a quotation.
Volume discount on Grove colloids
Every 10 mL pack of a Grove colloid in your basket counts towards the discount, in any mix, so two different colloids cost £349 together. The discount is applied automatically in the basket and at checkout.

Every 10 mL pack (10 OD·mL) of the Grove Nanomaterials colloids in the basket counts, in any mix. The starter set and the larger sizes don't count.
If the same amounts would cost less bought another way, for example as 10 mL packs instead of a larger size, the basket says so.
The starter set has one 10 mL pack of each of the four colloids for £599. Four separate packs cost £698 with the volume discount, so the set saves £99.
Pay by card
Pay by card at checkout. University and institutional purchasing cards are accepted.
- Card limit: For UK delivery, the basket shows the total with 20% VAT, so you can check it against your card limit. UK delivery is free.
- Your reference: Enter your card reference or cost code in the basket under "PO or card reference". It appears on your order confirmation and invoice.
- No supplier set-up: We don't need a purchase order or a supplier account to take a card payment. Our company and VAT details are on Supplier information if your card rules ask for them.
- Hazard classification: Card rules often exclude hazardous chemicals. The safety data sheet on each product page classifies all four colloids as not hazardous and not regulated as dangerous goods for transport.
- VAT invoice: For UK and EU orders, your VAT invoice is on your order page: use "View your order" in the order confirmation email. If it isn't there, email us and we'll send it.
Pay by invoice with a purchase order
- Online: add products to your basket, enter your purchase order number under "PO or card reference", and choose "Pay by invoice" at checkout. Nothing is charged at checkout.
- By email: send your purchase order to info@marixia.co.uk, quoting your quotation number if you have one.
Either way, we email a pro forma invoice for your order, with its payment terms and our bank details. Before production starts, we may confirm the purchase order with your purchasing office.
Quotations and pro forma invoices
- Quotation: add what you need to the basket and choose "Email me a quotation of this basket". Give your name, organisation and email, and we email the quotation as a PDF from info@marixia.co.uk, usually within one working day. It shows your discounts, delivery and, for UK delivery, VAT. It's valid for 30 days. To order, use its link to refill your basket and check out, or email your purchase order to info@marixia.co.uk quoting the quotation number.
- Pro forma invoice: check out and choose "Pay by invoice". Nothing is charged. We check your order, then email the pro forma invoice with your payment terms and our bank details. If you don't have a purchase order number yet, leave it blank.
- Larger amounts or another concentration: request a quotation, or email info@marixia.co.uk with:
- the products, sizes and quantities
- your delivery address and country
- your institution's name and, if it has one, its VAT number
Setting us up as a supplier
Our company number, VAT number and registered office are on Supplier information. We complete supplier set-up forms on request.

Larger orders from the UK, EU and US can also go through our regional partners; Where to buy lists them and the order values they take. Email us the products, delivery country and preferred partner, and we'll confirm the route before you order.
Delivery and taxes
Orders typically ship in 2–4 weeks with tracking (DHL Express outside the UK), and we confirm the dispatch date after you order. UK and Isle of Man delivery is free; elsewhere it's free on orders from £500, and smaller orders pay £45. Taxes depend on your delivery country; see Shipping and international orders.
